Objective

The main purpose of the app was to create a direct line of communication for the patients to the clinic; from simply being able to call the clinic with one click, to emailing, to scheduling appointments, to getting directions. The secondary purpose of the app was to create more of a community between the patients of the clinic and the clinic itself. For this purpose, features such as discussions, private chats, educational articles, FAQs, deals, and coupons from the clinic and dispensaries were included, displayed on a map based on location, along with a notification system for various updates.

Approach

The development team at Nogravity analyzed and mapped the client’s requirements into multiple phases. To deliver rapid application development, the team created components like Wall, Chat, Schedule Appointments, Call us, Get Directions, Deals, Dispensary Map, Education and FAQs, Discussions, Extended Plant Count calculator, and convenient login with FB and G+. The customer was constantly involved and updated on progress to ensure development was completed iteratively.
